I have been looking at a New Idea date 21 December
On page 90 a photo of Katy Perry in the some dress as in the WOW 2010 WOW entry kit
Inspired by the circus by Monish Arora. India
Can it be the same dress or just look a like ?

You are correct it is the same garment that was in this years show.

Manish Arora from India designed this circus inspired garment for his fashion parade in Paris.
I asked if we could showcase it as an exhibiton piece in the Montana WOW Awards this year along with another one of his designs.

I hope the garment will inspire designers to create works of art and enter the 2010 Avant Garde section which is themed "Inspired by the Circus".
