Hi Heather, I know it's early but moving on to 2010, (Children's section) can you tell me where we stand on copyright issues if using imagery or text from any published, well known children's stories?

HI Ann,

We have asked our IP Lawyers "Baldwins" who are corporate partners of the WOW to look into this for us.
I will post their reply on the forum.

Hi guys - we have quite a comprehensive answer to this question posted on this Forum under a separate heading and also under the Sections page of our website [http://www.worldofwearableart.com/designers/sections].

Hope this helps!

Cheers
